Why Do My Website Titles Look Like This?

So, we have a few hiccups we are ironing out with Version 2007 and this one is beyond me.  Check out the following two pages and look at where the heading name should be for the category box:

Instead of the text title, I am getting this odd black bar.  These are the only two pages I could find this error on too.  I have tried changing the name of the title, have removed all brief and detailed descriptions, and played with the Layout chosen, none of which effect the black bar error.  To be honest, I am stuck.  Any ideas?
