Matrix & Item Option Problem
Hi all,
We've hit a problem where our most recent import of matrix items is not "add-to-cart"-able on our website. It turns out that when we imported, the child items are not associated with the Item Options as we set them when we created the Matrix items.
When we look at the "Applies to" portion of the Item Option Record for i.e. Color, it only shows the parent record, and none of the child records (which it does for my other previously imported products). We had Color and Size as matrix options, but for some reason the child items show as being "Applied" on the Color Item Option Record, but not the Size Option Record.
