shopping basket template

ok starting to set up our web store, working on the item templates thats no problem.

The problem i have is where are the shopping basket and shipping address templates? the card information screen displays fine but this two are well out of line.

I am presuming its because i am using custom templates but where can i get to these to make them good??????
