multi web site and item template for matrix items

Hi

I have 2 web sites. I want to sell a product at 2 different web sites. This item is Matrix item because it has colors. The problem is i can not place different item templates for each web site. I have tried kit/group thing but this is matrix item. You can not place matrix main item to kit/group. 

I will be very glad if you help me..
