New PayPal Express Checkout Button

Is there a way that Netsuite can put the word "OR" in between the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and CHECK OUT WITH PAYPAL buttons in the shopping cart page?

Right now they are very close together and we don't want our clients to think that PayPal is the only way to checkout.

By putting the word "OR" below the Netsuite checkout button it clearly shows that you can do one or the other, please advise.
