Flash works in IE but not Firefox

I have a simple flash 7 movie that plays in IE but will not play in Firefox.  Firefox does not show any error messages or gives any indication that something is wrong.  Just a area of empty space the same size that the flash video should be.

I have "available without login" checked.  Any ideas what might be wrong?
