Canceled Order Notification - 2 copies
Hi all,
I have setup my webstore to send out notifications for Order Received, Order Fulfilled, and Order Cancelled. However, when an employee cancels the web order from the backend, the customer receives bot the "webstore" notification, and the "standard non-web order" notification. I wanted to stick with the "webstore" notification since the format is consistent with the Order Fulfilled and Received notifications, but I can't seem to figure out how to disable the "standard" notification that is being sent out. The only alternative would be to turn off the "webstore" Order Cancel Notification, but then I would need to adjust the
