Order fulfillment email leading to Under-Construction NS site

edited Jan 30, 2008 5:48PM in Web Site / E-Commerce 5 comments

We're right in the middle of implementing our NS presence.  Like many of you, we're taking it live in stages - but just ran into an issue that could be a little embarrassing

We are already "fulfilling" our orders through NetSuite, but the webstore itself (which will be NS hosted) is still under construction

The fulfillment email gives them 2 links, one live tracking link that takes them to FedEx website (which is GREAT) but it also includes a link to "track the status of their order", which leads to the "My Account" login page on our webstore... which as I said is still under construction.  But from that login page, you can still see our site header, and some navigation links which lead to half-done or empty web pages

Howdy, Stranger!
