SSL Certificates (Verisign) and page footer

Okay...
So my site's domain name is not currently secured through Verisign.... although the checkout process in netsuite is (https://checkout.netsuite.com).

So I have been trying to secure my website with Verisign.  They told me I need to have a signature file they send to me uploaded to Netsuite's servers...which I believe Netsuite is currently incapable of doing (Please correct me if I am wrong).

I would at least like to display the Verisign logo in those checkout pages, but the problem is that the same footer is displayed on my main website's page as well.  Anyway that I can detect if the URL starts with "
