Simple Question - Can Anyone Answer This???

Is it possible to use the Customer Center to order a Matrix item?

i.e. Customer goes to www.corsoscookies.com hits "My Account" Then "Enter an Order" sales order form pulls up then customer selects the Item/child matrix they want to the order, enter billing and shipping address, shipping method, hit submit and sales order is created?

Seems like a simple question yet no one seems to be able to answer it???
