Unable to get to our website

We have customers stating they are unable to get our website to load.  I have asked those that have called in what browser they are using and they all say Internet Explorer.  I myself have tried it in IE and it works.  Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?  We started getting these complaints last Tuesday.  Our web address is www.callcct.com.
