where does this random code come from!

I just put in a new div/table layout on this page (http://www.doubleradius.com/Products/Alvarion) and there seems to be some random tables below the stuff I put in making the spacing look weird. Was wondering where this random code comes from... I really need a map when it comes to NS sometimes.
