Quick order form for Store

Hello,
     we have a web store in netsuite and would like make quick order form happened in that. customer needs to paste 2 columns from EXCEL sheet to a text box on store(one columns is partnumber and other is qty) and then hit submit button, then all the items should be added to cart automatically. I am having hard time in finding a way to accomplish this, if anyone have any ideas or suggestions please let me know
