Store Locator

We are looking for an advanced store locator. Just checking there isn't a solution already out there before we commission a project... criteria below.

Any help appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Where it makes sense the restrictions could either be managed by Netsuite the API or by our website system):

1.       Able to list results based on distance to a zip code and/or address. Closest to Furthest.

2.       Able to limit number of results.

3.       Able to output both an interactive map locator (E.g. teardrop with details) and a customer detail list E.g. Customer Name, Address, Zip, Phone…

4.       Able to limit attempts at getting results from IP addresses (E.g. no more than 3 per day)
