'Instant chat' support with Netsuite integration

Hi,

We are looking to implement a 'instant chat' support applet to our website (our website is not affiliated with Netsuite).

We want customers to be able to chat with a support technician and for a ticket number to be generated (Netsuite case number), and the chat saved to the relevant case. We would also like to be able to link the support request with Netsuite contacts.

We were hoping that someone might have a similar setup and could point us in the right direction?
