I'm working on a campaign to encourage customers to use Gift Certificate. So I tried to add a testing order include only Gift Certificate...
The order couldn't be submitted with a shipping error message:
"There are no shipping methods available for your address. Please verify that your address is correct. If you continue to have problems, please contact us directly."
Any ideas for how to solve this problem?
Is it something from our settings or an error from Netsuite?
