Customers Unable to Use Reference Checkout v2.05. This has been going on since last fall. NetSuite can't seem to fix it. Anyone else?
It says "unexpected error" when our customers attempt to complete their order. Then, if they sit there and do nothing for 3 or 4 minutes.... it eventually places the order for them!! Most users will back out of the checkout and not wait for further action after they see an error.
Such a pain. We have no way to fix it. NetSuite could replicate, but also can't fix it.
