Campaign Subscription Categorys Defaulting to Not Subscribed

Hi

Before Xmas I decided to Switch on Campaign Subscription Catgeories as it seemed like a great idea to be able to allow our customers & prospects to choose what type of email communications to subscribe to. We send out weekely video newsletters - which will be too much for some....

Before I switched on the facility I spoke to NS Support as I wanted to be clear as to how this works and I specifically wanted to ensure that any new records that I created on the system, or who registered via online forms on our site, would be automatically subscribed to our mailing list and subscriptions categories - this is the basis on which they regsiter on our site....
