Credit Card Processing

Any other Canadians accept both US and Canadian currency?  After many attempts at making this happen succesfully we now have it working BUT I loathe working with Moneris so thought I would see if anyone else has used another merchant.

I figured we would be a normal case, but apparently is not common:
[LIST]
[*]Accept both CAD and USD
[*]Process them directly through Netsuite
[*]Accept American Express in both currencies
[/LIST]

Currently we are Payflo Pro->Moneris but again, it was not that simple to set up.
