Emailing Approved Sales Orders
Anyone have any suggestions to the following dilemma?
- Our procedures involve a step for approving sales orders.
- We want our sales orders auto-emailed after approval. Default checking the "email" box on the Sales Order form doesn't work, because when you do this, the sales order is emailed out when first saved (and pending approval, possibly with lots of errors).
- The only workaround we see is manually going in and emailing each individual order after approval. This is cumbersome.
- My year-old enhancement request on this seems to have been "overlooked" in the v11 upgrade (can't get the case # because my customer center doesn't show any of my cases...)
