I cannot figure out Netsuite's duplicate detection system.  I have customers that should be showing up as duplicates based on the criteria set that do not register as duplicate records.

Is there a way to manually merge these?

I have gone into each record to try and figure it out (make changes that don't actually change anything) and still nothing.  I need to be able to merge these.

Also, we have ones that do show up as duplicates even though Netsuite shows that the last activity was weeks ago.  Why are they just now showing as dupes?
