Cash vs Accrual
Does any one know how Netsuite posts when an order is placed on the net for a cash basis vs an accrual basis.
For example when a basic credit card order is placed on the net. Our order processing is as follows Order received -> Fulfilled -> then billed.
Well assume that I am looking at the Income statement
With the income accounts: sales and shipping
Cost of sales accounts: COGS and Postage and Delivery
We are trying to get our Cash basis Net Income to match up with the BS Net Income Accrual match's but Cash will not
