Need Price Controls for NetSuite

I have to admit, I'm totally amazed that there is no way to prevent the user from changing prices on a sales transaction form except by having a custom form where the Price Level field is "Inline".

NetSuite, how many companies do you know where the sales rep or order entry clerk have the authority to change company pricing on anything????

Yet that is exactly what NetSuite gives us -- unbelievable!

Here's what we need:

[*]Comprehensive, well-thought-out, price control scheme
[*]Provide role permissions for viewing, selecting Price Level, and changing selected Price Level after item is entered on a form
