BOGOF - Buy One Get One Free

Hi

We have been using Netsuite for about 6 months now and have so far not seen an easy way to implement this function (BOGOF) or similar such as buy x and get y free or buy x and get y for 50% off despite searching through the help files and this forum. Yes I realise there are other posts on this topic but none have ever seemed to be answered!

We do not want to use quantity pricing, or scripting and would hope that a message is diaplayed in the cart when the customer adds the required items, thus imforming him of his discount/offer.
