Change Transaction Form For Printing

edited Sep 9, 2013 6:59PM in Accounting / ERP 5 comments

I'm trying to print a Transaction (invoice) with a different form from our company default.

The manual way to do this is edit the transaction, change to the printing form, save transaction, click print, edit the transaction, revert the form, save.  Very tedious.

I think I could create a role that had the second form as the preferred restricted etc. but changing roles for the sake of printing a form seems excessive and would break the flow quite drastically.

Alternately I could use print cheques and forms and use the reprint on the form I wanted but this requires sifting through a huge number of invoices.

Howdy, Stranger!
