Credit Card Processor Suggestions

Hi All:

I know this has been discussed several times, but it is confusing to me, so I am hoping someone can help.

We currently use Payflow Pro for our credit card processor, and use our regular bank as the Merchant Account.  I have a suspicion that we are paying too much.

Another thing that is difficult for us is that the funds are deposited in batches from the processor into the bank account, but it is virtually impossible to match those up to the actual sales transactions in Netsuite!

So, I guess this it two questions:
> What suggestions do people have for end to end credit card processor.  We are a high dollar volume (well over $100K/mo) but at low transaction volume.
