Cybersource Errors

edited Apr 16, 2008 11:32AM in Accounting / ERP 1 comment

We are trying to incorporate Cybersource with NetSuite. Ever since we added Cybersource as our credit card processor, we get the error upon check out that says the following in the Payment Method section: "Unable to Proceed. This business does not have any external payment methods defined." It happens before you enter a credit card number, so it does not seem to be tied to a credit card issue. We have 3 Cybersource accounts, and it happens on all 3.

We only get the error when we use our actual websites. We are successfully able to submit payments through the Cybersource virtual terminal with no problem, so it appears that our Cybersource account is set up properly. I also spoke to Cybersource, and they verified that everything looked fine with our account.

Howdy, Stranger!
