Canadian User: Tax Code/Summary/GST/PST

Fellow NS'ers,

We have an aesthetics issue.

On our Estimates & Invoices, we have Tax Codes showing up on every single estimate & invoice even if the value is zero.

It also shows GST/PST to AMERICAN customers - who will never have to pay GST/PST. It looks unprofessional and is very problematic for the sales guys interfacing with customers.

I've seen people's estimates and invoices who manage to not show these codes but I can't seem to get rid of them.

Any ideas?
