Setting up "Continuity" in Netsuite
We are currently looking into using Netsuite to run a new "Continuity" side of our business. By continuity I mean we will bill existing customers every 3 months for our products, if a charge is successful we will then dispatch the products. This will be a process run probably once a week.
I am wondering if anyone out there is using Netsuite for a similar process and would be willing to have a discussion about how they go about it and any obstacles they found.
I'm confident I have a process that will work but would still be interested to hear other peoples stories.
