Receiving returned items from drop ship orders
We drop ship several items, but if a customer needs to return an item, they send the item back to us. We then need to put that item into our stock. If we have drop shipped the item, the restock checkbox is not available on the item receipt page. How can we enable this checkbox?
None of our items are setup as Netsuite drop ship items. All items are regular inventory items, then items that show up on the backorder list are drop shipped by manually creating the PO.
