Keeping track of returns

OK here is a tricky one, any help is appreciated.

I'm trying to see what percentage of fulfillment's get returned.  I can definitely find out how many fulfillment's are processed within a certain date and then take the number of returns from that date but the data will be skewed.  Does Netsuite link the fulfillment to the return at all?  Can I run a search or a report that would tell me how many fulfillment's were processed within a certain time frame and of those fulfillment's how many were returned?  I'm beating my head over this so any help would be appreciated.
