Sales and local tax problem: May have to leave Netsuite

We are not live at this point with netsuite and will not renew if we do not find a solution.

Our industry is unique.  We are a distributor of gaming equipment and sell to charitable organizations within our state.  We are monitored by our state gambling control division and of course the revenue department.

Our customers need to report to the state details from the the invoices we send them. We currently send the invoice details electronically to our customers as well as a PDF of the actual invoice.  A majority of our customers have their own software that is provided by one company.  This company also provides software for every distributor in the industry. The data we currently send them does not include totals. Our customer's program is setup to calculate the total due including sales tax from the data we send them.  In other words their program adds the line items from
