Import CC transactions from merchant processor?

Hi,

We are trying to determine if we can import credit card transactions into NetSuite from our merchant processor account.  However, NetSuite is saying this is not possible unless it's done as a journal entry.

Has anyone attempted this before?  Is the Journal Entry the only feasible transaction type to use, or is it possible to use another import feature native to NetSuite?
