Concur Connector Employee Data

We're looking at using the Concur Connector for NetSuite to handle Expense Reports.  Has anyone has had any experience with he Concur - NetSuite integration? 

It's my understanding that Employee data is not kept in synch with the connector.  Anyone have examples of how you handle synching employee data between NetSuite and Concur?
