Direct Deposit without Netsuite

Hello,

Can someone tell me how difficult it is to use payroll without using Netsuite's direct deposit capabilities? Specifically, how hard is it to print paystubs? Can this still be done without NS direct deposit? I would like to just upload a file to our bank, this can be done the day before payroll, not 3 days as Coastal requires.
