Items on Invoice not appearing

Hello!
After making some cosmetic changes to the Invoice pdf form, my item lines are not showing.  Now even using standard NetSuite transaction forms with standard .pdf and html forms is not working....just the total is showing at the bottom of any of these forms.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what else to check?  We removed the check from "Consolidate Deals on Sales Transactions" 3 weeks ago but that was the only global change.
