How to track accrued use tax liabilities on purchases?

Hello,

Does anyone know if the Advanced Taxes module (or anything else for that matter) will assist in tracking use taxes accrued on out of state purchases? All the sales tax tracking seems to only deal with sales to customers but we also need to track our own liabilities on all purchases of tangible goods where our vendor did not withhold sales tax.

I was going to activate the Advanced Taxes module, but I see that once activated it can't be undone. That sounded scary so I wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing first.

Any help would be appreciated.
