Automating the A/P Process Bill.com

Has anyone attempted to use bill.com with Netsuite or configured netsuite to have the functionality of a bill.com type solution. Bill.com and other similar solutions totally automate the payables process. There is a SuiteApp, avidexchange, that apparently does what I say but cost a fortune. This is for a very small start-up so the solution has to be cost effective.  If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
