Collection Management with AR Aging Spreadsheet

Hi all,

I'm currently doing an AR/Collection management through an AR Aging spreadsheet.
Every time I refresh the AR aging spreadsheet, I have to do a =vlookup function in excel to transfer my old notes to the new spreadsheet.
Is there a way in NetSuite where we can just login the activity within the system and pull out the AR Aging and Notes through some kind of search?

Or how do you usually manage your collection activity to see all the collection notes of all respective account under 1 report.
