Deleting a message and its attachments
We're cleaning up a spam flood in which many spam messages and infected attachments are attached to one particular customer. I'd like to delete the spam, and their attached files. Deleting the message from the NetSuite UI leaves the attachments behind.
I've crafted a simple form which can pull up the message and all its fields by message internal ID, but I can't get the file attachments to detach and delete them.
None of the fields appear to be a list of attachments.
message_record.getAllLineItemFields('mediaitem') comes back null.
message_record.getLineItemCount('attachments') is -1.
Where are those things hiding?
