nofollow on links

Has anyone implemented the "nofollow" concept within Netsuite? The theory (not sure if I believe it to be true) is that the nofollow concept can be used to reduce link bleed from a given page.

Link bleed = If you have a page with 10 links pointing to other pages, each link will have more power/authority than if the page had 100 links. (1/10 vs 1/100)

Supposedly, nofollow can be used to tell the search engines to ignore non-important pages such as customer service.

The syntax is:
<a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.mysite.com/customer-service">Customer Service</a>

At a high level,

Howdy, Stranger!
