Problem with Bulk Set URL Component in V 2007.0.5

Since our upgrade I have noticed that many of our sub-categories have reverted to their generic unfriendly URL's even though I have re-run the bulk set URL feature;

http://www.justoffbase.co.uk/Tool-Shop/Air-Tools

If you mouse over the top listing "Air Angle Polishers" you will see the linked URL as;

http://www.justoffbase.co.uk/s.nl/sc.2/category.15/.f

whereas it should be

http://www.justoffbase.co.uk/Tool-Shop/Air-Air-Polishers

which does still work.

This is an urgent major problem in terms of maintaining a search engine freindly site. It will be very bad if the original URL's cannot be maintained and the links have to change.
