Fraud: need help using AVS street, zip & CSC matches
It's taken many years, but my business has finally been targeted by credit card felons. Lost $3,000.
Now we watch the 3 credit card confirmations, AVS street, zip & CSC.
My question is:

[*]is there a way to have Netsuite deny the confirmation if all 3 do not match.
[*]And if it is denied, is there a way that the customer can see what the problem is. I.E. " credit card was denied due to CSC code not matching." or "credit card was denied due to billing address not matching".

The sad sad story is that businesses can get screwed even if all these items match and customer claims they did not get the product. Even with confirmed delivery confirmation, the credit card companies will side with the card owner.
