Creation of new online form template

Hi there,

this is one of my so many attempts to get behind the secret of Netsuite tags. I know which tags to use, but am not sure what to do with the normal HTML tags.

In a form is it:
<TD><NLCOMPANYNAME><INPUT type="text" name="company" id="CompanyName" maxlength="300" tabindex="3"></NLCOMPANYNAME>
</TD>
or
<TD><NLCOMPANYNAME INPUT type="text" name="company" id="CompanyName" maxlength="300" tabindex="3"></TD>
or
just<TD><NLCOMPANYNAME></TD> (which I would find extremely bizarre).
