'Add To Cart' Doubles Quantity in IE7

Has anyone ever seen this?

When clicking "add to cart" in IE7, it double the quantity sent to cart.

Example:
http://www.callcct.com/Shop/BNC

FYI...Turning a default theme (back) on will make it work, but it is the same item template code. Custom theme is causing problem, any insight?
