Webstore checkout - limits # of addresses displayed?

Ship and bill-to addresses appear:
- to be displayed in reverse order as compared to how they appear in the customer record
- limited to 12 addresses

I need more addresses!  Am I missing something?  Can I reconfigure to show all addresses (or have them automatically divided up into multiple pages or a drop down?)
