Who here has a NetSuite Responsive website designs, without Advance SuiteCommerce Module?

I want to know what exactly is in the Advance SuiteCommerce Module that makes it work for mobile responsive sites.

Will having Advance SuiteCommerce Module make it easier to have a mobile responsive site or I can get away with redesigning a different CSS for
2 column/1 column design in sitebuilder without paying for Advance SuiteCommerce.
