Link past purchased items in Purchase History - SCA

HI, I hope that all is well with everyone.

How do I go about linking a product that has been purchased back to a live product on the Suitecommerce Advanced site. Currently, if you are logged in and go to the purchase history on the SCA site, the past product purchased isn't linked.

Please advise.
