Commission on Manager
Hi,
Any suggestion how to setup commission for manager? I sent a case but I haven't gotten a response from them yet.
1. I setup a commission schedule (just for managers) and marked it as Manager
2. I created a commission plan and assigned the manager to it.
So, I have 2 commission schedules and Plans, each for manager and sales reps.
I'm assuming once the invoice is paid sold by a subordinate, the manager gets a commission. For unknown reason, it's not calculating for me. Any idea?
When I checked the commission schedule, the In Use field shows "No". How do I make "yes"? I'm assuming that's the reason it's not working.
