Negative Inventory Value

I've seen a few people post but no definite answers,

If you have an item with 0 qty and a negative value, how do you make the value 0.

I've tried adjust inv worksheet, and it never actually does it.  I've also tried adding 1 unit, then taking it away with the value.

anyone else have this problem?
